Jonathan McIlveen
Jonathan McIlveen is a Partner in the Business Litigation Unit of Cobleys Solicitors, one of the most renowned and respected firms in the United Kingdom.
Jonathan was specifically head hunted from his position as a Partner in another North West firm to run the Business Litigation Unit of Cobleys in tandem with the founding member and Partner, Mr Eric Williams.
He has been the Solicitor dealing with all legal matters to the association of Labour Providers since 2009 and has become fully conversant with the specific issues facing this industry.
He has now successfully dealt with numerous appeals against the GLA in their attempts to revoke the licences of Labour Providers. Furthermore, he is fully conversant with criminal prosecutions brought against Gangmasters.
