Liz Coleman

Liz Coleman is an Associate Director in the Forensic and Tax Investigations division of RSM Tenon, one of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today.  

Liz is a former Principal Tax Inspector and left HMRC in 2000 to assist clients who were being challenged by HMRC and other government agencies.

She has been the tax and accountancy adviser to the association of Labour Providers since 2006 and has become fully conversant with the specific issues facing this industry.

She is able to advise on a full range of accountancy and tax issues, however those issues which may be of particular interest to the members include;

• Assistance with the full range of HMRC enquiries and challenges
• Negotiation with HMRC in respect of national minimum wage issues
• Assistance with debt management and HMRC time to pay arrangement
• Insolvency issues
• Employment tax advice, PAYE and other indirect taxes
• Inspections
• Attendance at tax tribunals
• Acting as an expert witness in criminal and civil court cases
• General tax and company/business structuring issues
